Be it known to all whom this may concern, that I Anna Akehurst of Cralle in the Parish of Warbeltun in Sussex Widow in perfect memory doe make this my last Will and Testament. I bequeath my body to the earth and my soul unto God my Creator trusting in the merits of Jesus Christ that after death shall putt an end to my mortal condicion I shall live with him in Glory. Item I give unto poor Christians that are in want Six pounds to be distributed by my daughter Anna Akehurst out of my rents due to me. Item I give unto my sonne John Akehurst the half yeares rent of the Mill called Hamonds Mill which was due to me at the Middsummer last he paying out of it all that is due or will be for the repairations of that Mill and Akehurst Farm. Item I give unto my daughter Anna Akehurst all my weareing apparrell and all my papers and writings and all those bookes and gold and plate and linnen and pewter and bedds blanketts and ruggs all belonging to them and the Trunk and Chest and boxes and all that household that is mine by agreement made between me and my sonn I give unto my daughter Anna Akehurst and all my rent and money due to me from William Whatman and Edward Braser except Three pounds which my Will is my daughter Anna Akehurst shall give unto my maid Mary Snepe out of the said rent and if she be dwelling with me at the time of my death.
