There is also a John Pockney bap 3 Sep 1659 (born 14 Aug 1659) to the same parents. This is relevent because there was a John and Frances Pockney living in Keymer with Thomas and Elizabeth. Woodmancote is close to Hurstpierpoint and Keymer.1

This is the last Will and Testament of me Stephen Collier of West Ham in the County of Essex Gentleman first I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be fully paid and satisfied and the legacies so bequeathed as hereafter mentioned to be paid or transferred within six months after my decease I give and bequeath unto my son Stephen Brown Collier Madras in the East India Service his executors administrators and assigns absolutely the sum of three hundred pounds stock three per cent consols bank annuities if not returned at my decease the said three hundred pounds stock consols so bequeathed to him so be transferred separately in his name in the said stock consols by my Executrix and Executor hereafter mentioned in case of his decease so proved from the War Office or East India Offices Victoria Street Westminster or otherwise at my decease then the said three hundred pounds stock consols to my Executrix Elizabeth Keen the sister next of kin with her books and plate silver watch two caddie spoons two salts six tea spoons and sugar tongs which I leave in trust with my said Executrix for him if he survives I give and bequeath unto my son Thomas Collier, Baker of East Ham in the County of Essex his executors administrators and assigns absolute the sum of two hundred pounds like stock consols three per cent annuities I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Ann the wife of Robert Curtis of Romford in the County of Essex the sum of two hundred pounds like stock consols three per cent annuities I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Ann the wife of Henry Brittain of West Ham in the County of Essex the sum of two hundred pounds like stock consols three per cent annuities I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Keen the wife of John Keen of West Ham in the County of Essex the sum of two hundred pounds like stock consols three per cent annuities and all the rest and ready money ---------- and remainder of my goods and effects subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testimony expenses and now I nominate constitute and appoint my son in law John Keen and my daughter Elizabeth Keen ---------- Executor and Executrix to this my last Will and Testament and I do hereby revoke and make void all former and of Wills by me at anytime here before made and declare this only to be the Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper In witness whereof I the said testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this first day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty three-Stephen Collier - signed by the said Stephen Collier the testator in the presents of us present at the same time who in his presents at his request and in their presents of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses –John Ramsdell Mary Ann Ramsdell
