This is my Last will and Testament of me Thos Ashdown Senr in the parish of Peasmarsh in the County of Sussex Butcher. That is to say that should my wife Ann Wise Ashdown out live me that I do give and leave all my property of every description whatsoever shall then have belonged to me to her to be at her disposal as she shall think fit to do with except my four feet gun and my watch which I do give to my son William Barton Ashdown, and I do hereby utterly disallow and revoke and disannul all and every other former testament wills legacies bequeaths and executors by me in any way before named willed and bequeathed ratifying and comforming this and no other to be my last will and testament in writing whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written and that my wife Ann Wise Ashdown be my whole and sole Executer of this my last will and testament
