unto Anne my Wieffe Fowerscore pounds in money the which Fowerscore pounds in money I give her in consideracion and liewe of her Joynture annuity thirds Dower rents righte title or claymes shee maye or can have or clayme unto any landes howses barnes or Tenements I have or was possest of before or since our daye of marriage and in and upon condicion that she doe seal a good and sufficient release in the lawe unto myne heire and executor of all her right title rent jointure annuity thirds Dower or clayme shee may or canne have or claime into anie my said landes or any wayes granted by mee under my hand and seale All which to be performed by her within three monethes after my decease att the which sealinge and deliveringe of her release my will is she shall have this my legacie as aforesaid Provided always and uppon condicion that if the saide Anne my Wieffe refuse or doe not excepte of this my legacie uppon these Condicions aforesaid and doe not performe those condicions aforesaid according to the true meaninge of them That then I will and bequeath unto her Tenn shillings to be paid unto her within three monethes and one daye after my decease by myne Executor as a full and whole legacie to her given by me in this my last will and testament All the rest of my landes goodes leases mortgages bills bonds debts chattels reall and personall whatsoever my debts and legacies beinge paid I will and bequeath unto Anne my daughter to be delivered unto her by myne Executor at her age of one and twenty yeares or within three monethes of her daye of marriage which shall first happen in suche manner and forme as shalbe hereafter expressed Provided alwayes that if ir happen my wife may be with child at my decease That then if it be a man child my will is hee shall have all the legacies given as aforesaid unto Anne my daughter except one hundreth pounds which hundreth pounds I give unto Anne my daughter as a full legacie but if it bee a woman child That then it shalbe equally divided by myne Executor and overseers according to their discrecions at their severall ages as aforesaid And if one dye the other to be heire unto his or her brother or sister And if it shall happen my child or children to dye all without heires of their bodie That then I will all my landes and goods as aforesaid to be equally divided by myne Executor and Overseers between my five sisters and my brother Jabes sonne Samuell Newington and their heires of their bodyes Item I ordaine and make my kinsman Zabulon Newington of Tishurst Executor of this my last will and testament in whose handes my will is All my landes and goodes shalbee kepte intreatinge him to purchase and buy soe much land as it will reach or amounte unto the use of my heires or heires to come unto them at their severall ages as aforesayde and the profits to bringe her or them uppe and the overplus to give an Accompte at their severall ages as aforesayde allowinge him Two shillings a daye for his imployment about it for every daye he imployethe himselfe aboute this my will Item I make my kinsman Frauncis Norman of Salhurst and my kinsman Samuell Newington of Kingston Bousey Overseers of this my last will and testament allowinge them Eighteene pence apiece eche daye soe often as they shalbe mployed about this my will Item if it shall happen any controversie to arise about this my will and testament controversie and devide and end it accordinge to their discrecions Provided always and upon Condicion that what person or persons soever I have given any legacie or legacies in this my last will and
