This is the last Wil and Testament of me Harry Verral of Willingdon in the County of Sussex Bricklayer that is to say I give and bequeath unto my wife Jenny Verrall all such monies as shall be due owing or belonging to me at the time of my decease And I give devise and bequeath unto my brother James Verrall all and every my messuages buildings lands tenements hereditaments and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever with their and every of their rights members and appurtenances and also all the residue of my personal estate To hold the same unto the said James Verrall his heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely and for ever subject nevertheless to and with the payment there… of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences And I nominate constitute and appoint the said James Verrall sole executor of this my last Will and Testament And Lastly I hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Harry Verrall have hereunto set my hand this twenty first day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three
