  conveniently may be after my decease and after and subject to the payment of my said

  respective parts of and in my residuary estate of him or them so dying unto his or their
  respective lawful issue equally to be divided between them if more than one but so that
  such issue shall only take or be entitled to such share and no more as his her or their
  parent or respective parents would have been entitled to if living and in case any or
  either of them my said nephews and great nephews hereinbefore by me severally named
  shall die in my lifetime and have no lawful issue who shall be living at my decease then I
  direct that as well the legacy or legacies of him or them so dying or his or their part or

  and be distributable accordingly And I appoint my friends Charles Edwards and my said
  nephew James Keating Executors of this my Will and give the said Charles Edwards ten
  pounds as a Gratuity for his trouble and I declare that my Executors hereinbefore
  named or the Executors or Administrators of either of them shall not be answerable or
  accountable for the acts deeds or defaults of each other the joining in receipts for
  conformity notwithstanding not for any loss which may happen by any ways or means
  whatsoever without his or their respective wilful neglect or default And I further
