shall have and take the porcion of him soe first deceasinge And if it shall happen that the said Elizabeth and Grace my daughters (to whome I have given fiftie poundes a peece as aforesaid) to depart this life before theire porcions shall growe due and payable to be payde then my will is that the porcion of either of them twoe vizt Elizabeth and Grace so deceasinge shalbe equallye and proporcionablie devided amongest all the residue of my children surviving parte and parte like Item I will unto Ursula the wife of Edward Averye and to Jone late wife of William Cornes deceased my daughters to either of them the somme of fortie shillings apeece of currant english money to be payed unto them and either of them within sixe monethes next after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto Thomas Hyland my eldest sonne for his better maintenance all that Messuage or tenement and landes called Giffordes which I have and holde for diverse yeares yet to come from William Relfe of Ashburneham in the countie of Sussex gent To have and to hold the said messuage or tenement and landes unto the said Thomas my sonne from the feast of thannunciacion of our blessed Ladie St Mary the
