proporcionablie devided amongest all the residue of my children surviving parte and parte like Item I will unto Ursula the wife of Edward Averye and to Jone late wife of William Cornes deceased my daughters to either of them the somme of fortie shillings apeece of currant english money to be payed unto them and either of them within sixe monethes next after my decease Item I give and bequeath unto Thomas Hyland my eldest sonne for his better maintenance all that Messuage or tenement and landes called Giffordes which I have and holde for diverse yeares yet to come from William Relfe of
