shortnes of my Life the Certainty of my death & the Uncertaynty of the tyme thereof and being desirous to settle that estate that god in Mercy hath bestowed on me do make my last will & testament in manner & forme following that is to say First & principally I commend my Soule to God who gave it me & my Body I commit to that Earth from whence it was taken to be decently buryed as my Executors England during the life of Mary my said daughter to be yearly yssueing out of my messuage lands tenements & hereditaments called Stone Mill with the appurtenances now in the occupacion of John Coe my Hollamby & Thomas Hooper their heires & assignes during the Life of her the said Mary my daughter payable unto them & their heires in & upon the feast days of the Nativity of St John the Baptist St
